Return and Refund Policy
At the Mobinet Ukraine online store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If the product does not suit you, you can return or exchange it according to our rules.
🛡️ 1. Return terms.
You have the right to return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt.
🔄 2. Condition of the product for return.
Goods are accepted for return only if the following requirements are met:
- The product is new and unused, the factory packaging has been preserved.
- The product appearance, technical and consumer properties, original seals and factory labels have been preserved.
- Original packaging preserved without damage.
📝 3. Return process.
- To process a return by mail, follow these steps:
- Write to us at the email address listed in the Contacts section, indicating the order number and reason for return (add a photo if the product is defective).
- Wait for confirmation from our manager (usually takes 1-2 business days) with instructions and shipping address.
- Pack the goods securely and send them by Nova Poshta transport company to the address provided.
- Please let us know the shipment tracking number.
4. Payment for return shipping and commission
- Return at the customer's request (size, color not suitable): Return shipping is paid by the Buyer.
- Return due to the store's fault (defect, error in the package): All return shipping costs are paid by Mobinet Ukraine.
- Return fee: None.
5. Terms and method of reimbursement.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (the inspection process takes 1 to 5 business days), we will notify you of the status of the return. The funds will be refunded to the same payment method (bank card) used when placing the order. The funds may take 3 to 7 business days to be credited, depending on your bank's policies.
⚠️ 6. Non-returnable goods (Exceptions).
- According to the law, we do not accept the following categories of goods for return:
- Cuttable products (cable, wire).
- Products made to order.
