PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT (TERMS & CONDITIONS)
This document is an official offer (Public Offer) by Mobinet Ukraine, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," to conclude a Sale and Purchase Agreement for goods remotely through the online store https://micro-wave.com.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Website."
1. Definition of Terms
1.1. Public Offer — the Seller’s public proposal addressed to an indefinite circle of persons to conclude a Sale and Purchase Agreement under the conditions specified herein.
1.2. Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Buyer at the moment of placing an order.
1.3. Buyer — any individual or legal entity visiting the Website with the intent to purchase Goods.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller agrees to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer agrees to pay for and accept the Goods under the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual appearance of the Goods due to monitor color settings.
3. Ordering Process
3.1. The Buyer independently places an order on the Website via the "Shopping Cart" or by the phone number indicated in the contact section.
3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer agrees to provide accurate information: Full Name, contact phone number, and delivery address.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. Prices for Goods are indicated on the Website in the national currency of Ukraine (UAH). For international customers, prices may be displayed in UAH for convenience, but the final transaction may be processed in UAH according to the bank's exchange rate.
4.2. Payment methods include:

Online Payment: via credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard) through integrated payment gateways.

Bank Transfer: via IBAN details provided by the Seller.

Cash on Delivery (COD): available only within Ukraine for specific carrier services.
4.3. An order is considered paid once the funds are credited to the Seller's account.
5. Delivery and Transfer of Goods
5.1. Within Ukraine: Delivery is carried out by logistics services (e.g., Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta).
5.2. International Shipping: Delivery is carried out by international postal services. Delivery times and costs depend on the destination country and are calculated at checkout.
5.3. The Seller is not responsible for customs duties or taxes applied by the Buyer’s country.
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Pursuant to Ukrainian law, the Buyer has the right to return or exchange non-food items of proper quality within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), provided the item has not been used and its merchantable appearance, seals, and labels are preserved.
6.2. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the Seller receives the returned Goods.
6.3. Specific categories (e.g., hygiene products, underwear, cosmetics) are non-returnable as per Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection."
7.2. The Seller ensures that data is used only for fulfilling orders and improving customer service.
